Prior to joining ReNew Power, Anurag worked in ALSTOM India (a GE group Co.) as Director Quality & EHS responsible for Middle East & India Region. He was instrumental in establishing Quality function of Gas business in the Middle East.

A firm believer that Data is the key to solving many of the current world problems and challenges, Burhan wants to bring the benefits of the fourth industrial revolution into the worksite of many traditional industries. In his spare time, he enjoys abstract painting and long rides (you can have a lot of these if you keep traveling between Dubai and Abu Dhabi).

Eid Saad Al Juaid has more than 22 years of leadership experience in operation, technical, shared services, strategic planning and HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment). He is a Board Member and currently the General Manager of HSSE at Sahara International Petrochemical Company (SIPCHEM). He is also the Chairman of Energy Efficiency and Climate change team at GPCA (Gulf Petrochemical and Chemical Association). He worked with International Energy Agency in issuing the recent study “The Future of Petrochemicals”.

Fatima Ahmed Alkadhim lives to make a change – an environmental scientist, she chairs the Youth Council and leads the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Department at Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority (SEWA). She is the first female to work in the SHE field and was selected for her unique competencies in supporting SEWA’s Sustainability Strategy as well as promoting a better environment for Sharjah. She launched the First GRI Approved Sustainability Report in the city of Sharjah and continues to work on numerous achievements. Recently she championed the United Nations Climate Neutral Now (CNN) Project to reduce Green House Gas Emissions and obtain Certified Emission Reductions – this highlighted SEWA as the first entity in the Middle East to achieve the CNN Status. Her ambition to reach authenticity led her to design SEWA SHE Model, a special five elements plan for people, safety and the environment that has been used as a knowledge sharing model internationally. As the Chief SHE Engineer, Fatima also spends her time introducing innovative topics in SEWA and implementing fire protection in more than 200 power stations.

Hans-Horst Konkolewsky is the President of the International ORP Foundation, based in Barcelona (Spain), which is committed to promoting the quality of work life and business innovation focusing on health and sustainability. Following his election in 2005, Konkolewsky served until early 2019 as Secretary General of the International Social Security Association (ISSA) heading an extensive programme of activities focused on strengthening the governance, performance and service quality of social security administration. Prior to his election as Secretary General, Konkolewsky served for ten years as the Director of the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work, a tripartite European Union institution located in Bilbao, Spain.

Hari Kumar is the Director – Group HSE Assurance of Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) in Dubai, UAE. He is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the Group’s HSE policies, standards and strategies. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Osmania University in Hyderabad and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Chennai. He has over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and has served in multiple senior operational and HSE roles across the Hydrocarbon industry supply chain in various parts of the world. He spent most of his career in hydrocarbon exploration and processing, pipeline operations, as well as downstream storage and movement. Aside from ENOC, he has been associated with other reputable organisations such as Indian Oil Corporation, EPPCO (a Chevron Joint Venture), and Cairn Energy.

Hirak Dutta has over 40 years of rich and varied experience of working in both PSU & Private sector Oil Industry Organizations. He has vast experience of working in Process design and engineering, Operations, Safety management, Project Management, Human Resource Management at various Refineries, Refinery Headquarters and Corporate office of Indian Oil Corporation Limited. In the initial stage of his career, Hirak was associated with the commissioning of Mathura Refinery. Later, Hirak was the Technical Head of Haldia Refinery, IOCL. From 2011 till late 2015, Hirak was in-charge of Oil Industry Safety Directorate (OISD) as Executive Director. Till March 2020, Hirak was associated with Nayara Energy Limited as Head Safety & Adviser. Hirak was accorded with Lifetime Excellence Award for his contribution in the field of Process Safety Management in Indian Oil & Gas sector. He is the founder member & Secretary General of Indian Society of HSE Professionals. Hirak is a Chemical Engineer by profession from Jadavpur University.

Dr. Tristan Casey is a Lecturer at Griffith University’s Safety Science Innovation Lab and co-founder of boutique consultancy ‘The Culture Effect’. Dr. Casey is an experienced Organisational Psychologist with extensive experience in work health and safety, and has a particular interest in leadership and culture. Dr. Casey teaches the Safety Leadership programme at Griffith University alongside Prof Sidney Dekker and Dr. Drew Rae, and has a high research and industry profile, having done numerous presentations and keynotes at academic and applied conferences. Dr. Casey is currently studying a PhD with Profs Andrew Neal and Mark Griffin. Recently, Dr. Casey’s work was acknowledged by the NSCA and the Queensland Community Achievement Awards, having reached the finalist stages for both award programs.
