Arthur Garcin is a CX Specialist, part of the MENA presales team region within SAP. He has over 10 years of experience working with retailers in Europe and MENA. On a strong technical background, Arthur’s strong will is to understand customer’s expectations and to advise the best path to success in digital transformations. He holds a master’s degree in Information Systems and Management from the University of Lyon.

Daniel Gomez Rojas is the Chief Digital Officer of AlMakki Group. Prior to joining AlMalki Group, he was the Head of Digital Fashion JVs and Fashion Chalhoub Group responsible for developing and executing Ecom and omnichannel strategy for Chalhoub fashion franchise brands and JVs. He was also the Head of E-commerce and Omnichannel Inditex Russia for Zara, Zara Home, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Pull & Bear, Oysho, and Uterqüe. He also took part in Inditex Ecommerce rollout in other markets worldwide.

Daniel is a holistically-minded leader and transformation agent with strong experience in marketing, finance, communications, procurement, E-commerce, Omni-channel retail, supply chain, operations, and strategy.

Jonathan Flender is a passionate Digital Marketing professional currently working at Al Futtaim Group. He has over 15 years of experience in France and the UAE at JCDecaux, the world’s leading outdoor advertising company.  Pursuing his passion for media, he joined Moby Group in 2011 as Head of Digital Marketing and Social Media for 6 countries at MOBY Group. From 2016 to 2020 he worked at Axiom Telecom,, and Mumzworld as head of Digital before joining Al Futtaim Group in January 2020 successively as Head of eCommerce Multi-Brand then as Retail Group Head of eCommerce.

He was formerly the Head of Technology (eCommerce & mCommerce) of Jubilant Food Works (Dominos & Dunkin Donuts), Head of Technology (Digital) of NameZee Entertainment Enterprises Limited, and the CTO – Digital of NameZee Media Corporation Limited.

He has over 15 years of experience in building digital business for enterprises in the diversified business domain in Food, Retail & Media.

Sammar is the Regional Head of Business Development for SAP Industry Cloud for Consumer Industries, leading Demand Generation, Customer Co-Innovation and Cloud Evangelism. He has 20 years of experience in consulting, retail, and consumer industries across Europe and the MENA region working at the C-level as well as leading technology and consulting organizations. He was previously Regional Principal Retail Value Advisory SAP, Associate Consulting Partner – IBM, Engagement Director – Deloitte, and Vice President at Al Tayer Group.
